Seals and Rubber Products for Agricultural Applications
The manufacture of sealing elements, rubber products, and rubber-to-metal components for agricultural applications plays an important role in ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and durability of modern agricultural machinery. High-quality sealing solutions are essential for preventing fluid leakage and maintaining the proper performance of mechanical and hydraulic systems.
The use of carefully selected materials, including engineered elastomers and rubber compounds, enables the production of components resistant to oils, chemicals, moisture, temperature fluctuations, and demanding environmental conditions commonly encountered in agricultural applications.
Our range of rubber products for the agricultural sector includes, among others, seals for pumps and hoses, as well as vibration-damping, shock-absorbing, and protective components. Manufactured using advanced production technologies, these products offer high mechanical strength, excellent durability, and extended service life.
Close cooperation with agricultural machinery manufacturers and equipment suppliers allows us to develop and manufacture components tailored to specific technical requirements and operating conditions. This approach ensures reliable performance and enables our customers to select sealing and rubber solutions precisely matched to their individual applications.
Types of Rubber Products for Agricultural Applications
Seals – rubber sealing elements prevent fluid leakage and ensure reliable sealing in agricultural machinery, contributing to extended service life and trouble-free operation.
Rubber flaps and covers – protective components designed to shield machinery and equipment from dirt, moisture, dust, and adverse weather conditions.
Rubber mudguards and splash guards – designed to protect machinery and surrounding components against mud, water, and debris.
Diaphragms for agricultural sprayers – flexible components designed for use in spraying systems and fluid-handling equipment.
Bumpers and rubber buffers – used for impact absorption, vibration damping, and protection of mechan

We manufacture seals and rubber components tailored to individual customer requirements. Whether you need a single custom part or a full production run, we work directly from your technical documentation, drawings, 3D models or a physical sample of the component.
Every sealing problem comes with its own conditions — temperature, media, type of movement, load — and these are our starting point rather than a page from a catalogue. In each case we select the appropriate elastomer grade, rubber hardness and material properties so that the finished product retains the required sealing performance, elasticity and durability throughout the service life of the machine.
You can send us technical drawings and dimensional specifications, 3D models in STEP, IGES and other common formats, a physical sample or worn reference part, or simply a description of the operating conditions if no drawing exists. We handle both one-off orders and repeatable production batches with the same attention to dimensional consistency, and for series work we agree tolerances, material specification and inspection criteria in advance, so that every delivery matches the previous one.

Selecting the Right Material
Choosing the right material is essential to the durability and effectiveness of a seal. Depending on the operating conditions, we use different types of elastomers, selected for temperature, the type of medium, load and the place of application.
NBR offers good resistance to oils, greases, fuels and hydraulic fluids. It is frequently used in hydraulic systems, engines and gearboxes. EPDM provides high resistance to water, moisture, ozone, UV radiation and changing weather conditions, which makes it particularly well suited to components working outdoors. FKM is intended for more demanding applications where resistance to high temperature, oils, fuels and aggressive media is essential. Silicone is characterised by high elasticity and good resistance across a wide temperature range.
Alongside the type of elastomer, we also select the appropriate rubber hardness so that the seal retains the right properties during operation. With the correct choice of material, a seal can work effectively in demanding conditions, ensuring the tightness, durability and reliability of the machine.
